The Daniel king Howitzer is an American Howitzer first produced around 1775. Super cool cannon and very manageable size, Probably the cheapest full-size cannon you can buy.
16" overall length. 4-1/2" diameter at the widest point. trunnions are 1.70" diameter. The bore 7-1/2" deep. breach/powder pocket is 1-1/4" dia X 3-1/2" deep. decorative "Shell" flash Pan at vent. The vent is 1/8" diameter.
There are 3 bore option. The original 2.85”, Soda can size and Billiard ball size.
The swivel handle is copied after the Paul Revere swivel gun that is in the USS Constitution Museum.
Included in this purchase is as follows: Barrel, 2 piece swivel yokes, “kick stand”, handle and components, grommet base that the swivel sets in, ramrod, worm, 2 sponges, short linstock.
The oak base is also modeled after the museum version. The base is an additional $275
